Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meet with HDOT to discuss and finalize the Attitudes and Behaviors Survey questionnaire. • Meet with HDOT to discuss and finalize the outline for the focus group. • Conduct one statewide Attitudes and Behaviors Survey by October 1, 2024. • Conduct one focus group relating to traffic safety messaging by October 1, 2024. • Submit a comprehensive report by November 1, 2024, that includes the following: 1) Number and percentage of respondents who select each answer provided for all questions 2) Analyses and interpretations explained in the text of the report 3) Tables, graphs and other illustrative features needed for clarification of the data 4) Results of the focus group discussion • Provide HDOT with access to raw data collected in order to confirm statistical accuracy and provide data that can be incorporated into Highway Safety reports, plans and news releases
