Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this service contract is to provide diagnostics and repairs as needed to restore proper operation of the VFD’s that operate various pump equipment. The scope of work shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following items: a. Site field service to facilities described above in Section 2. b. Diagnostics of reported VFD failures, including interpretation of faults on electronic motor protection relays and/or internal electronic circuit boards unique to the VFD manufacturer. c. Repair and/or replace identified component failures. Clear all indicated faults and restore operation to the VFD’s. d. Upon completion of requested repairs, technician shall fully operate and test all components of the VFD’s to make ensure completion of requested repairs. Technician shall verify with the City’s staffed electricians their findings and repair status prior to leaving the facility. If subsequent trips to the site(s) are necessary due to repair component unavailability, the technician shall schedule the follow-up trip as expeditiously as possible in order to restore normal operation to the VFD. e. Contractor shall include in their pricing structure any necessary travel, lodging, meals, and any other expenses to complete requested work
