Specifications include, but are not limited to: ALTERNATE NO. 1 Provide a full tear off of existing roofing down to decking. Rebuild with rigid insulation to match existing roofing slopes and tapers, ⅛” taper minimum, ½” cover board and 60 mil tpo. (Bid as Add/ Alternate); ALTERNATE NO. 2 Contractor shall provide a fully adhered fleeceback 60 mil tpo in lieu of ½” cover board and 60 mil tpo roofing overlay. (Bid as Deduct / Alternate); ALTERNATE NO. 3 Contractor shall provide a fully adhered fleeceback 60 mil tpo instead of ½” cover board and 60 mil tpo roofing overlay.
