The University of Mississippi (UM) seeks to identify an email service provider. The university is seeking a solution that will allow the university to develop, revise, schedule, and distribute personalized, targeted emails to reach our primary constituents (donors, alumni, employees, current and prospective students and parents) from a centralized contact database. The solution should be an online/cloud/internet SaaS solution and should not be locally hosted at UM. All proposals should cover the cost of the solution as well as maintenance and annual fees for an initial contract period of one (1) year with the option of two (2) additional one-year periods. The university desires to “go live” with the solution on July 2, 2024.
