Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Line Items 1 – Synthetic Blend Oil Change up to 15 quarts on Ford vehicles only all other makes to be charged at parts and labor, will include at a minimum: *Drain and replace oil with new oil that meets or exceed OE Specifications *Remove oil filter and replace with new filter that meets or exceed OE specifications * Lube all chassis grease fittings where applicable * Check all fluid levels including, transmission fluid, brake fluid, differential oil, power steering fluid, engine coolant, and windshield washer fluid, top off as necessary. * Check tires and tire pressure adjust tire pressure to the recommended pressure * Inspect drive belts, wiper blades, all exterior lights, and chassis Components *Inspect air filter, replace as needed, no additional labor. Part to be charged per Additional Material Purchase Requirements. * All other items per Maintenance schedule to be charged parts (line 7) and labor (line 6). Item to include Fuel filet, trans filters, coolant replacement and any other filters or fluids required outside the normal top off. 1. Line Items 2 -- Brake inspection and rotate tires, inspect front and rear brake system and rotate tires. Do not rotate tires on a duel rear wheel vehicle. 2. Line Item 4– Check the operation of windshield washer system and top off washer fluid. Parts and Labor. Wiper blades installed on Metra vehicles shall meet or exceed OEM equipment, wiper blade refills will not be accepted. 3. Line Item 5 – Labor rates, Contractor to state hourly labor rate Metra will be charged. Labor rate to include, overhead, shop supplies, salaries, profit, and environmental fees. Repairs times will follow recommended labor times found in labor manuals such as All Data. 4. Line Items 6 – Additional Material Purchase Requirements: In the event that authorized Metra personnel require materials not listed herein, Metra will approve and release this material at a price agreed to by the parties. Prices shall not exceed industry standards found on the internet or comparison with other repair facilities. 5. Line Items 7 – Sublet - Any outsourced/sublet work performed on a Metra vehicle will be done at subcontractors’ actual cost plus 5%. A copy of the subcontractor’s invoice must accompany the Contractors original invoice. Successful Contractor will be solely responsible for all payments to subcontractors. 6. Line Items 8 – Shipping/freight cost: Shipping /freight cost is the charge to ship a part that is oversized or not available locally, these charges must be approved by Metra. 7. Line 9 – Total, Contractor is to add up all extended pricing lines and place on this line. Note that all lines must be bid to be considered responsive.
