In pursuit of maintaining compliance with DBE and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) requirements, the Port is seeking consulting support for a duration of not to exceed six months. The consultant will conduct some of the day-to-day operations formerly performed by one DBE compliance officer and one ACDBE compliance officer, with a focus on contracts exceeding $500,000 and federally funded projects. Due to the highly specialized nature of the DBE and ACDBE compliance requirements and tight reporting deadlines, the Port is seeking a consultant that has expert level knowledge of the program requirements and can perform the services with little training from the Port. Key responsibilities include data input and management in the B2G Now system, ongoing monitoring and reporting, and setting goals. Additional consulting duties may include suggesting process improvements and developing process guidelines and procedure manuals for new employees.
