Specifications include, but are not limited to:The state of North Dakota, acting through its North Dakota Department of Health, Division of Medical Marijuana (STATE) is soliciting proposals to acquire laboratory services for conducting compliance testing of marijuana and usable marijuana for the North Dakota Medical Marijuana Program. The STATE seeks a vendor to conduct: • Compliance testing for dried leaves and flowers that includes tests for pesticide and degradation compounds, microbiological contaminants and mycotoxins, water activity and moisture content, and concentration; • Compliance testing for cannabinoid concentrates that includes tests for pesticides and degradation compounds, microbiological contaminants and mycotoxins, solvents, and concentration; • Compliance testing for medical cannabinoid products that includes tests for microbiological contaminants and mycotoxins and concentration; and • Other random testing of marijuana, usable marijuana, or medical marijuana waste as determined by the NDDoH.
