Specifications include, but are not limited to: GMCB is seeking accusation for collecting, processing, and aggregating hospital discharge records for inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services provided to both Vermont residents and non-residents by Vermont hospitals. This State data program is called the Vermont Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (VUHDDS). GMCB is charged with having the analytical and informational tools to accurately track changes in key indicators of progress towards the goals of improving health and moderating costs. VUHDDS is one of the data sources support the work of GMCB pertaining to duties related to regulation, evaluation and monitoring innovations of Vermont’s health care system.
