Specifications include, but are not limited to: Production of Coupon Books, general description: Standard Book consists of front & back cover, 12 coupons and a standard change of address insert (see Attachment A). Books are to be side stitched with binders tape on binding edge. Coupons are to be perforated with the stub remaining in the booklet. Coupons are be printed black and one PMS ink color, 2/0. Coupon paper must be 24# white bond. Covers of books are to be white, 80# gloss text. Front cover is to print black & one PMS ink color over one PMS ink color (2/1). Back cover is blank. Coupons are to be imprinted with MICR ink encoding. Separate designs/artwork for each coupon book type. Final book size– trim to 8” x 2 ¾” or 7" X 2 ¾” (with bleeds) -depending on ordering agency. Coupon Size- 6” x 2 ¾”. (Actual coupon size, regardless of final book size). Front cover to be imprinted with logo. Complete return address printed on each coupon in book. The name/address change form insert must specify home phone # and work phone # blanks provided for user to enter specific information.
