Specifications include, but are not limited to:The services to be provided consist of the development of a suitable bridge rehabilitation/replacement plan and will include the preparation of design plans, specifications, and construction bid documents. The following services are identified as Owner options and will be negotiated separately with the selected Consultant as additional tasks; project management, quality control testing, part time construction inspection services, and the preparation of record drawings. Bridge #15 is located on Grout Road, a class three town highway off of VT Route 12 in Montpelier, VT. The bridge, which crosses over the North Branch of the Winooski River, is a single span, rolled beam bridge with a timber deck. The bridge was originally constructed in 1927 and was last reconstructed in 1977.
