Specifications include, but are not limited to: Individuals or companies to: 1. assist forensic psychiatrists with the performance of evaluations on criminal defendants who are believed to have a developmental disability (including Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury which may have impacted the defendants’ competency to stand trial or sanity at the time of the alleged offense; and/or 2. perform psychosexual evaluations, including the administration of psychometrics, such as the Personality Assessment Inventory, a battery of cognitive distortions scales, and the ABEL Assessment for Sexual Interest (as applicable to evaluation request). Evaluation should also include assessment of risk and treatment need when applicable using reliable tools (such as the Static-99R and STABLE-2007), and where relevant, scoring for psychopathy using a reliable tool (such as the PCL-R).
