Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install and configure an internal NEC SV8100 or SV9100 PBX system capable of interfacing with public telephone access. Specifically, the system shall: a. Be configured for E-911 compliance b. Be compatible with external SIP lines c. Have caller ID capability d. Have an internal intercom system e. Provide for at least 27 individual room extensions f. Provide end user and administrator training on the system g. Have back up protocols and system security. You shall provide the capacity for backup of system settings for any stored data, i.e. voice mail, including anticipated recovery time from a system failure. h. Provide a warranty/maintenance plan to support infrastructure, end users and end user systems.
