All electric • HVAC • Living room designed to have media center or cables pre-wired • Open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen area with adequate floor space for furniture • All electric kitchen to include, but not limited to, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher • Electric water heater • Full size bathroom with standup shower • Loft area for additional sleeping / storage • Bedroom closet • 2 bedroom models proposed with square footage to accommodate a queen size bed • Covered entry deck / front porch (minimum of 6 feet in design) • Smartside siding or Hardi-plank exterior covering • All interior trim to be pressure-treated or Smartside or Hardi-plank • Metal or metal type roof • One (1) exterior water spigot to accommodate standard garden hose. • MUST BE DESIGNED AND BUILT TO CURRENT WINDSTORM CODE FOR OUR AREA • PRICING MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY AND SETUP / HOOK UP OF EACH MODEL.
