Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans), Division of Highway, through the Governor’s Highway Safety Program (GHSP) releases this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Primary Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for Marketing Services, to retain qualified, strategic and innovative marketing firm(s) for the development and implementation of a variety of traffic safetyrelated advertising campaigns and initiatives for the Governor’s Highway Safety Program to meet the goals of the VTrans Highway Safety Plan. Specifically, working toward the target of “Zero Deaths” by promoting highway safety awareness through education and enforcement, thereby reducing crashes, saving lives, and improving the overall quality of life for those using Vermont’s roadways. Media buying will not be part of this marketing services contract. This RFP will result in the award of Primary Contracts to multiple Contractors.
