Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. B. Remove existing ceramic tile and replace per drawing/specifications. C. Remove and dispose of existing bathroom partitions. D. Furnish and install new stainless steel partitions in bathrooms. Including stalls and dividers. E. Remove and reinstall existing handrails, toilet paper dispensers, full length mirrors & feminine product dispensers. F. Remove and reinstall existing toilets, urinals and fixtures. G. Install chrome toilet seat cover dispensers in each stall. Must work with Rest Assured 50 RA-A #25177673 Toilet Seat Covers. H. Install stainless steel surface-mounted wasted receptacles in each rest room stall in the women’s restroom. I. Install two (2) Dyson Airblade V hand dryers, one in each restroom. Hand dryers and electric drops will be supplied by DPS. J. Remove and replace existing countertops, sinks, and faucets with surface suitable for ceramic tile install. Counter, sinks and faucets should be ADA compliant. Ceramic tile counter tops to be installed by tile Contractor. K. Replace ceiling tiles in both restrooms. Cut in around sprinklers and alarms as needed. L. Install all new in wall metal trash receptacles/paper towel holders. Holders must be able to work with GP Preference White Multifold Paper Towels Mfg.# 20389. M. Clean restroom HVAC vents. N. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
