Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Education seeks proposals for a 4-hour refresher workshop for adult education and literacy instructors and other staff who are currently certified to administer the BEST Plus 2.0 assessment of English language proficiency of adult English language learners. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Hold a 4-hour training for up to 20 adult education and literacy staff at the Vermont Agency of Education in April or May of 2018; 2. Collaborate with assigned Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics, agenda for the training, and develop participant evaluation forms; 3. Provide training materials for up to 20 participants; 4. Administer participant evaluation forms at the end of the training. Deliverables 1. Collaborate with Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics prior to the training date; 2. Make all travel arrangements for the BEST Plus 2.0 Refresher Training including flight, ground transportation, and lodging; 3. Deliver training materials to Vermont Agency of Education prior to training date; 4. Deliver 4-hour training at the Vermont Agency of Education for up to 20 participants; 5. Provide copies of completed participant evaluation forms to Vermont Agency of Education staff.
