Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delawares Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families (DSCYF) Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to provide professional contract services required to implement a new federal grant. Agencies may not bid for this contract. DPBHS has received a 4 year System of Care (SOC) Expansion Implementation Grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services. DPBHS will use this grant to expand and sustain the SOC values and principles statewide to address children and youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED).
