Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Preparation of documents for data quality objectives, quality assurance/quality control procedures, and a health and safety plan for the project. These plans should be specific for sampling of surface soils for PFAS. a. Health and Safety Plan (HASP) b. Data Quality Objectives Plan (DQO Plan) c. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QAPP) d. Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) to include the locations to be sampled 2. Obtain soil samples following the plans outlined in #1 above, have these samples analyzed, present the findings of this work in a report a. Collect soil samples following the approved plans from #1 above b. Analyze these samples for PFAS as presented in the QAPP, DQO, and SAP Plans c. Present the findings of this work in a report to include the methodology used, the results of the sampling analysis, statistical evaluation of the results, and discussion of the usefulness of the data to establish state‐wide background concentrations for PFAS.
