Specifications include, but are not limited to: The support services being sought in the application include: 1) The development and delivery of professional development activities that will: a. improve the quality of instruction provided to adult learners, in alignment with the College and Career Readiness Standards b. improve Reading instruction to adult learners c. enhance the digital literacy, self-management, job readiness, financial literacy and work readiness skills of adult educators d. develop Career Pathways content and programmatic models aligned with the Delaware Workforce Development Plan e. enhance the instructional and workforce preparation skills of adult educators working with English Language Learners f. promote student progress and retention g. enhance instruction for high need adults including those with a disability or low academic skills
