Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services (A/E) related to the programming, design, and construction of a Law Enforcement Training Facility consisting of a Police Firing Range, an Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC), and a Training Building. The design services to be provided are full-service architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior design, security systems, audio-visual systems, and any other design discipline required to develop Bid Documents, and provide Construction Administration services throughout the construction phase of the project.
