Specifications include, but are not limited to:Vendor is required to remove and dispose of existing flooring, prepare flooring for new product, and install the replacement flooring providing flooring materials, adhesives, base, transitions, tac-strip, pad, etc. Bid pricing is per unit and shall be listed as all-inclusive. Areas bid at 752 Cottage Road will need replacement baseboard included in bid. Base molding shall be a faux-wood finished composite adequate height to cover the gap between the new floor surface and the walls current paint line. Options for flooring shall be equal to: Floating Vinyl Plank equivalent to Mohawk Brand Home Expressions series Vinyl Composite Tile Wood Grain look preferred equivalent to Armstrong Flooring Striations; tile size negotiable based on product offered Carpet for optional areas 2, 3, 4, and 5 equivalent to Mohawk Brand Essentials Textured Interior Carpet with carpet pad appropriate to market standard for residential carpet. Furniture & furnishings will be removed accordingly upon installation scheduling by State.
