Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade project at the Kent County WWTP. The equipment procured under this process shall be purchased directly by the County and installed by an installation contractor secured through a subsequent procurement process. Equipment to be procured under this process includes , but is not limited to: clarifier equipment, deep-bed effluent filter system, large diameter D pipe and fittings , valves, and flow control gates. Details regarding quantities, quality, configuration, and performance are detailed in drawings and specifications provided in the procurement documents. Suppliers may bid on single or multiple bid items and the successful bidder shall be selected on a per item basis .
