Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Contractor must deliver, prepare, cook, and serve for up to 3,000 guests for the event. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS 4.3.1 The Contractor must be able to furnish and provide all necessary staff, equipment, and personnel to deliver, cook, and serve all provided food on site the day of the event. The CTA expects the awarded Contractor to prepare food on site ahead of the event and continuously cook fresh, hot food throughout the duration of the event to ensure food is kept hot and is continuously served throughout the serving period. 4.3.2 The Contractor must be able to keep food hot and readily available for guests at all times throughout the duration of the event. The awarded Contractor is expected to deliver breakfast by 6:00AM and serve lunch from 11:00AM to 2:00PM the day of the event. 4.3.3 The Contractor must be able to support, with staff, material, and equipment, a minimum of 6 food service lines for attendees throughout the duration of the event. 4.3.4 The Contractor must provide to the CTA an electronic version or a link to an online catering menu. 4.3.5 The Contractor must include disposable table covers, service utensils, flatware, plates, and napkins. 4.3.6 The Contractor must provide a serving station(s) that contain the following breakfast options for the event: a. Coffee b. Coffee – Decaffeinated c. Doughnuts d. Doughnuts – Nut Free e. Danishes f. Coffee Cake g. Large Fruit Tray
