The project addresses safety needs at 18 sites located across Carbon, Stillwater, and Yellowstone Counties. Site 1 will install luminaires for destination lighting, double oversized stop ahead signs, double oversized stop signs with reflective strip on posts, transverse rumble strips, and double-sided arrow. Site 2 will install vehicle-activated flashers on existing curve warning signs. Site 3 will add shoulder rumble strips. Sites 4-18 will install a varying combination of: double oversized stop signs, double oversized advanced warning-intersection signs, double oversized advanced warning-stop ahead signs, pavement word and/or symbol markings, lighting, post mounted reflective delineators, and flashing beacons on stop signs
