The basic services scope for this project will include, but is not limited to: • Update of the City’s current TIE/ Toxicity Reduction Evaluation work plans. • Provide consultation related to WET test results. • Provide support in the implementation of accelerated testing procedure. • Provide lab services to conduct WET/TIE testing and analysis including confirming the source of the toxicity. • Perform TIE and toxicity source investigations. • Perform toxicity identification and investigate potential control methods. • Provide written reports of all investigations, findings and recommendations. • Provide presentation of all investigations, findings and recommendations. • Participate in meetings and discussions with regulatory agencies. • Perform process and regulatory impact analysis of changes of facility and operation. • Presentation of findings to the Subregional Operating Group, as applicable. Use of UNIFIER, an Application Service Provider (ASP) web-based project management database, may be required. The following information provides a guideline for utilization.
