Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to Chapter 2254 Subchapter A of the Texas Government Code, Williamson County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified architects and engineers to provide IDIQ design services for a Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Engineering (PLAE) Pool. Williamson County intends to design multiple remodel projects as part of an Indefinite Deliverable/Indefinite Quantity agreement. The Project includes all utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, landscaping associated with structures. Some examples of possible projects may include, but are not limited to: - New small support buildings - General building remodels and additions - Site modifications to enhance security or accessibility - Assistance in bringing existing buildings into ADA compliance - HVAC, lighting, and plumbing upgrades
