Specifications include, but are not limited to: MetroHealth System is seeking venues to hold corporate events and conferences that vary in size. The venue needs may include but are not limited to: Ballroom space to accommodate a minimum of 10 – 2000 + guests for an or intimate dinner event. Space should be able to accommodate AV, production and staging for larger venues. Venue must accommodate a pre-function area; this can be either within the main area/ballroom, in a separate section or in an exterior, adjacent room that can hold between 10 – 2000+ guests. Tables, chairs, high tops and linens and other included rental items should be included in pricing estimates. Space access/availability for set up and tear down. ADA compliant space is required. Pre-event storage for displays and other items sent over in advance. Separate space for conference break-out meetings, please identity if available. Full-service catering onsite must be available or made available. Ability to rig production equipment from the ceiling in the ballroom space preferred (for larger venues only). Ballroom should be able to accommodate large screens, video cameras, speakers and other audio-visual equipment and the ability to live stream events externally via the internet (For larger venues only).
