Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prince William County (PWC) is soliciting responses to provide Janitorial Services. The County has specified the level of the services that shall be provided. Offerors should demonstrate how their firm is the best partner and will provide high quality services to the County. The County is requesting that Offerors submit a detailed program of service delivery that will meet the goals of the service quality requirements. The types of facilities that shall be cleaned include the following: • Health care setting, • Senior center/recreation/fitness center, • State licensed childcare areas/classrooms, • Premier office space, • Regular office space, • Public library, • Emergency 911 Call Center, • Warehouse, • Fire station (including shelter/dorm areas), • Utility building (trailer/modular type building), and • Landfill building.
