1. Contractor must have provided Cerner/NextGen data archival services to a large healthcare system within the last 12 months. 2. Vendor must have completed a Cerner and NextGen data archival solution for a hospital system with four (4) or more hospitals. 4. Broward Health’s archived data will be available in read only for all users. 5. Vendor will provide unlimited access to Broward Health’s archived data to include links, passwords, ability to download, etc. 6. Vendor’s archival solution will require Single Sign On (SSO)/Active Directory (AD) integrating with Broward Health. 7. Vendor must assist with creating a DEV, TEST and PROD environment for archival solution. 8. Contractor and all employees shall be compliant with all regulatory requirements including TJC, HIPAA, etc. 9. Archival solution tool must provide a standards-based architecture and open API allowing integration with Epic EHR, other systems or middleware components including existing legacy system in use at company. 10. Ability to search and retrieve archived data using key indexing functionality including but not limited to: Cerner Camm images and documents; P2Sentinel Audit information; discreet data from Oracle database; Fetalink fetal strips. 11. Archival solution tool must have the ability to restrict access to documents that are marked private, confidential, privileged, secret or essential to business continuity. This may include requirements for encryption of stored content. 12.. Archival solution tool must have the ability to assign access based on user roles. 13. Archival solution tool must be able to retain documents for defined periods of time, considering legal, regulatory, fiscal, operational, and historical requirements. In addition, the archival tool should provide a suitable guarantee of authenticity. 14. Archival solution tool must be able to support disposition (purging) of documents upon expiration of defined retention periods (both time and event-based). In addition, the archive should support a formal approval process before purging, and it should support override of purging in cases where documents are under legal hold. 15. Archival solution tool must be able to enable authorized staff to periodically review and potentially modify retention periods. 16. The proposed solution must be able to create and save Release of Information reports, that are easily accessible by system users. 17. Archival solution tool must be remotely hosted.
