Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Clean courts with a pressure washer and blower to remove dirt or loose materials. 2.Flood courts with standing water and will allow drain for 60 minutes. Any standing water more than a nickel in depth shall be patched and leveled out if positive drainage conditions can be achieved. Patching materials include latex, sand, and cement. 3.Cracks will be cleared of any loose materials before patching. Patch cracks with acrylic patching materials. 4.Apply one (1) textured coat of Acrylic Resurfacer Coating over the entire court's surface. 5.Apply two (2) coats of Fortified Acrylic Color Coating. Texturing will be done using 70 mesh sand. If a two-color system is selected, the playing areas inside the lines will contrast color to the outside boundaries. 6.Layout and paint 2” wide lines using Line Tape Sealer as a primer coat to ensure razor-sharp edges. Paint white with line Paint in accordance with UTSA and ASBA specifications for doubles play. 7.Clean up all debris to court readiness for play. 8.Additionally, thirty-two (32) total nets following USTA and ASBA specifications will be installed.
