For 14 homes: • Provide connections to the new well at each home site • Coordinate with the Owner contracted well drilling contractor to make power connections to the well pump and well heat trace at each well. • Provide well service line and well pump and heat trace power from new wells to each home. • Provide new electrical service meter and electrical sub panel and coordinate with ANTHC superintendent to provide final electrical, water and sewer connections in the home. Additive Alternates include: 3. For 3 homes under Additive Alternate 1, provide an aboveground wastewater treatment unit sewer system. 4. For 5 homes under Additive Alternate 1, provide connections to the new well at eachhome site and coordinate with the well drilling contractor to make power connections to the well pump and well heat trace at each well.
