Specifications include, but are not limited to: The St. Tammany Parish School Board (“STPSB”) is interested in a Modified Grade Span Intervention for LEAP Connectors (MGSI/LC), which is designed for teachers to individually provide curriculum and positive behavior and social skill support to students with significant disabilities and is interactive with visual, auditory and graphic support. When used with technology, the program should provide students with extended differentiated levels of instruction. Lessons should be documented and tracked through progress monitoring within the platform. The program should meet the needs of the student and promote independence with its interactive text/speech, three (3) functioning modified levels and symbols/visual icons. The program should allow for frequent monitoring, using technology, of the students’ progress in order to update grouping, lessons, and materials based on specific students’ needs. The program should provide individualized standards-based goals to support on-going pre and post learning outcomes to monitor growth and support individual objectives within the students’ progress monitoring and tracking criteria.
