Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Scottsdale desires to establish a contract for herbicide spray and power washing spray equipment, maintenance and repair services on an as needed basis. Services and materials shall include but not be limited to fittings, hoses, pumps, motors, and miscellaneous parts as required for the maintenance and repairs. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing pickup and delivery of the equipment within two (2) business days of requested date of service. Once the equipment has been picked up, the unit shall be serviced and returned within five business days. If the equipment requires more time or requires repairs beyond the basic scope, the Awardee shall provide Contract Administrator with a written estimate and obtain approval prior to providing any additional work or services. The Contractor shall provide miscellaneous parts, fittings, hoses, pumps, and motors as needed in the course of the repairs. The vendor shall be required to provide an itemized list of items in which were used in servicing the equipment. (A partial list is included as an example).
