Data Collection – Done by completing interviews, focus groups, comprehensive and pulse survey. DEIB culture audit (is this the same as an assessment?) Technical assistance DEIB Scorecards and dashboards to track success (some other way to track this?) Procurement Equity – Evaluating the agency’s procurement practices ensuring equity is infused. Supplier Diversity – Assisting agencies with ensuring they are reaching a diverse supplier pool. Language access assessment and Plan Development for Limited English Proficient (LEP) communities. Assess the communities needs, what they need to access services, for example, what languages should be made available, what different types of mediums are needed and available to access services and information. Assess the Authorized Purchasers language access capacity. Develop a language action plan to provide equitable access to the community. Ensuring the language access plan meets federal/state/local requirements.
