Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has several sets of banners and up to 60 banners may be mounted on the light poles along State Street. The requirements of this RFP are as follows: Inventory: An exact and current inventory of the banners owned by the City of Sandy must be maintained and kept current, specifying the number of banners by category: Community Events, Cairns Winter/Holiday, Cairns Logo/Text; Storage: All banners must be stored by the company at the company's facilities. Changeouts: Change outs will occur throughout the year and will be determined by the Communications Director. Excepted change-out schedule is as follows: October 1, 2024 - 60 Banner Change Outs (Cairns Winter), January 15, 2025 - 60 Banner Change Outs (Cairns Logo), May 1, 2025 - 60 Banner Change Outs (Community Events); *The 60 Banner Change Outs will consist of a variety of different banners owned by the City of Sandy. Both the selection of the banners for each change out and the specific location for each banner will be determined by the Communications Director. The City will provide the company with a map detailing the light poles and designing which banner should be mounted on each light pole. Banner Purchase: At any time throughout the year, the City may need to design and purchase new banners for various events.
