Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor will be responsible for providing all vehicles, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and on-site supervision during all pick-ups, deliveries and returns as required to provide commercial moving services for election equipment and supplies for Chatham County Board of Elections and Chatham County Voter Registration. (a) Chatham County Board of Elections (CC-Elections) – all election day events. (b) Chatham County Voter Registration (CC-Voter Reg) – all advance in-person/early voting events. 2. Each delivery vehicle must have a minimum crew of two (2) individuals. 3. The contractor is required to furnish Chatham County a list of all employees who will perform services under this contract. 4. Contractor personnel providing services to the County cannot have a criminal history and must not have been convicted of a felony.
