Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform all work per NFPA standards, and all other regulations and entities governing. Be available to perform work on 24/7 basis. Provide owner with 24/7 contact information. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools needed. Provide, install, repair and/or replace various panel components of the system as needed. Provide unit costs for peripheral device replacement. Replacement of these devices will be at Owners request. Fire alarm service contract shall be a service contract covering the main control panel, annunciators, and all other associated peripheral equipment. Equipment is listed below. A twenty-four (24) hour, on site response time clause must also be included within the contract. A minimum of two (2) tests and inspections will be conducted annually in accordance with the authority having jurisdiction. Two-year smoke detector sensitivity tests will be performed in accordance with authority having jurisdiction. All other tests and inspections will be in six month intervals with the first scheduled for August and the second scheduled for the February vacation. Exact times of tests to be scheduled with the Owner. All tests and inspections shall be documented in detail. Report shall include results of tests and inspections of control circuitry and all associated peripherals. Failure identification and recommendations of corrective action required to be noted within the report. A projected schedule of corrective actions and all associated costs, if applicable shall be submitted within twentyfour (24) hours to the Owner. Any recommendations pertaining to system modifications shall also be noted on report with cost estimates. The successful bidder will maintain the system in good working order in accordance with the highest standards of workmanship. This includes the adjustment and replacement of unserviceable parts. The fire alarm equipment to be maintained, but not limited to, is listed under Exhibit B Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion
