Services must be provided in Carroll County, either at the vendor's office, or, if necessary, at the customer's home. The Carroll County Department of Social Services is not able to provide adequate space for the services. The vendor's facility must meet the minimum facility standards (i.e., American Disability Act compliant) including adequate restrooms. The facility must provide confidential settings for sharing information with CCDSS customers. The vendor must provide prompt access to counseling services to Family Investment Work Program customers (up to 40 customers) who are identified by CCDSS Work Program Case Managers as needing mental health assessment, treatment, or have a medical exemption from the work program. The vendor must reply within 16 business hours to CCDSS after receiving customer referrals.
