University has 2 separate entities (Physical Plant and Housing) on campus using the Lenel S2 System, but with data separation. Respondent shall provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of all access control hardware and software on all University facilities. The Respondent shall perform all work in a first-class professional manner in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by University. The scope of work includes the repair, replacement, maintenance and installation of all access control hardware and software. Respondent to include a list of all the access control hardware and software, network panel, network node, network blade, ACM cards, mounting hardware, power supplies, all necessary wiring & cables, multi-technology readers, and programming into the access control system.
