Contractor shall include allowance for selective demo / haul-off / repair back to existing conditions in their proposal for each bid package. The value shall be included within the Base Bid of each bid package as outlined on the Bid Form. Contractor shall furnish and install all supplementary materials required to perform and complete installation of high school restroom systems. Contractor shall include any and all work associated with exterior windows replacements as per the contract documents. Quantities shall be field verified during pre-bid walk throughs to submission of bid. Contractor to included unforeseen conditions allowance of $100,000 in base bid. All new work to meet all applicable building, ADA, and life safety codes and requirements. Field measure existing conditions prior to manufacturing, fabrication, ordering, bidding, etc. Notify Architect of any discrepancies between project documents and existing conditions. General Contractor (GC) and all lower tier vendors must thoroughly familiarize themselves with all site specific requirements and extents of the new work prior to bidding. No changes in contract will be considered for information discernable from the existing conditions or the project documents.
