Specifications include, but are not limited to: Entrances ● Empty waste containers and remove trash and recycling to the designated area. ● Clean and reline trash receptacles as necessary. ● Clean entrance doors and spot clean lobby glass and trim. ● Spot clean walls, doors, door frames, kick plates, light switches, etc. ● Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris. ● Damp mop or auto scrub all hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills. ● Vacuum all carpeted areas. Remove mats, rugs and runners, vacuum / sweep and mop ● underneath. Spot clean carpet as needed. ● Spot clean all interior glass to remove spots, smudges and fingerprints. ● Return all chairs, furniture, and waste containers to proper positions ● Report all maintenance issues. ● Turn off all lights and lock all doors. Hallways and Common areas ● Empty waste containers and remove trash and recycling to the designated area. ● Clean and reline trash receptacles as necessary. ● Spot clean walls, doors, door frames, kick plates, light switches, etc. ● Sanitize touch points. ● Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris. ● Damp mop or auto scrub all hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills. ● Vacuum all carpeted areas. ● Remove spots from carpet 3” in diameter and smaller ● Return all chairs, furniture, and waste containers to proper positions ● Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains and water coolers. ● Turn off lights and lock all doors. ● Report all maintenance issues. Classrooms ● Empty waste containers and remove trash and recycling to the designated area. ● Return waste containers to inside the classroom next to the door ● Clean and reline trash receptacles as necessary. ● Sanitize touch Points; remove spots and spills (door handles, push plates etc.) ● Dust/Spot wipe counters or ledges as needed ● Spot vacuum carpeted areas, attention to high traffic areas. ● Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris. ● Wipe down all desk areas. ● Turn off lights and lock all doors. ● Report all maintenance issues. Administrative Offices ● Dust furniture, desks, chairs, credenzas, tables, and cabinets of offices ● Empty waste containers and remove trash and recycling to the designated area. ● Clean and reline trash receptacles as necessary. ● Vacuum carpeted areas ● Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris. ● Return all chairs, furniture, and waste containers to proper positions. ● Turn off lights and lock all doors. Restrooms ● Clean and disinfect toilet bowls, tanks, seats (both sides), outsides, bases, and plumbing. ● Clean and disinfect urinals (inside and outside) and plumbing. ● Spot clean walls, partitions, doors, and kick plates. ● Clean, disinfect, and refill soap dispensers. ● Clean and disinfect sinks and faucets. ● Clean and disinfect light switches and door knobs. ● Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and other supplies. ● Empty all trash receptacles and feminine receptacles. ● Clean, disinfect, and reline all trash receptacles. Reline feminine receptacles as necessary. ● Clean and polish all mirrors, glass and chrome. ● Dust mop and/or vacuum all hard surface flooring to remove all loose debris. ● Damp mop or auto scrub all hard surface flooring to remove soil and spills. ● Remove all unauthorized marks and writing from walls, partitions, etc. ● Report all maintenance problems to the building manager. ● Turn off lights.
