Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Agency shall maintain and operate a continuing program of psychiatric, counseling, and supportive mental health services for Lexington seniors, adults, adolescents, and children. Services provided include assessment, consultation, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy. Demonstrated clinical expertise must be present in the areas of court and probation work, substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction/conflict, grief, loss, and relationship issues. Services provided by the agency must be accessible to Lexington residents and free of barriers. The agency will offer both in-person and virtual appointments. Services will be provided free of charge to Lexington residents who are 5 years and older regardless or income or health insurance status. The Agency will also provide educational and therapeutic workshops once a month, free and open to Lexington residents. Workshop topics may vary, but examples include decluttering support, bereavement, art therapy, and mindfulness. The Agency will bill a workshop in the same way as a group therapy session. The majority of Agency services will be based out of an office in a Town building in Lexington. The Agency must provide a clinician for this purpose who will serve Lexington exclusively and will also promote the service and identify individuals who may benefit from the services. The Agency will provide services that include a range of treatment modalities, as appropriate, including individual, couples, family and group therapy.
