Minimum Mandatory Requirements: “B" General Contractor license Tasks: The vendor will undertake the following tasks to replace the old rusted unsafe hand railing on the stairs leading to the beach, that several beach goers use this walkway daily: Field measure to order steel pipe for the custom / design build hand railing system. Layout and fabricate approximately 20 feet hand railing along the walkway area on each side with end loops where necessary. Hot deep galvanize the 1 ½” steel pipe rails, schedule 40 railing, and uprights. Layout and fabricate approximately 81’ long x 32” hand railing along the top picnic / walkway with end loops where necessary. Remove and dispose of old corroded guard-hand rails. Layout, core, and install new galvanized guard-hand rails on existing concrete curb or slab. Clean and haul away all work-related debris upon completion. Deliverables: None Estimated Time Schedule: 10 business days.
