Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. In-School Therapists: Licensed therapists with a trauma-focused certification will be placed within K-12 public education schools to provide individual therapy sessions to students in need of mental health supports. Services can also be provided to staff members outside of school hours. Parent/guardian billable sessions may also be included, as deemed necessary, by the licensed therapist. 2. Weekly Nonbillable Group Sessions: Therapists will conduct nonbillable group therapy sessions on a weekly basis, addressing various mental health concerns and providing students with a supportive environment to express themselves. 3. Periodic Parent Support Sessions: The provider will organize periodic sessions for parents/guardians to offer support, guidance, and education on how to best support their child's mental health needs. 4. Professional Development for Educators: Training sessions and workshops will be provided to educators within the school districts to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify mental health issues in students and provide appropriate support.
