Specifications include, but are not limited to: Night Vision Device: - The Night Vision must be a PVS-14 variant/style complete build with a total weight not greater than 300 grams. The Night vision must have an Elbit Gen 3 White Phosphor tube. The night vision housing must have an Rochester Precision Optics (RPO) 3.0 objective lens. The night vision device must be waterproof. The night vision device must meet the MIL-STD-810G standards. The unit color must be either black in color. Quantity-20 Laser Aiming Device: - The laser aiming device must have both a visible and infrared aiming laser. The infrared aiming laser must be capable of minimum output of 20.0 mW (on High power) for the infrared laser. The laser aiming device must have a visible laser capable of an 4mW output. The laser aiming device must also have an infrared illuminator within the device with a minimum output of 30 mW (on high power). The laser aiming device must have appropriate windage and elevation adjustments. The laser aiming device must be able to be mounted to a picatinny style rail. The laser aiming device must have a total weight no greater than 10 ounces. The laser aiming device must be powered by a CR123A battery source. The laser aiming device must be either black or tan in color. Quantity-15 - Helmet Counterweight- The Helmet NVG Counterweight must be made from nylon material and be approximately 1lb in weight. The material must be black, tan, or multicam in color. The counterweight must be able to be attached to helmets using a Velcro style attachment. Quantity-15 - Helmet Mount- The night vision helmet mount must be able to accommodate a PVS-14 style unit. The mount must be constructed of durable lightweight aluminum material. The mount must be less than 6oz in weight. The mount must be capable of having at least a 0.8 inch height adjustment. The mount must be able to be mounted to most common style helmet shrouds. The mount must be tan or black in color. Quantity-20 - Mounting Arm- The night vision monocular mounting arm must be able to accommodate PVS-14 style NVG units. The mounting arm must be less than 1 ounce in weight. The mounting arm must be able to have approximately 110 degrees of travel in order to accommodate left or right eye placement. The mounting arm must be black or tan in color.
