Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full redevelopment of a 17.7 acre ballfield complex called Stokes Field. A portion of the elements to be included in this project are site grading, retaining walls, drainage, and utilities for (3) baseball fields, (2) multipurpose/football fields. New building structures will include restrooms/concession stand, maintenance facility, and pavilions. All associated asphalt roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, fencing, gates, lighting, irrigation systems, and other miscellaneous site features are included in this contract. There are 12 Add Alternates of various scopes of work that are denoted in the bid plans and specifications that are to be bid for the owner’s consideration
