Web based software that is mobile friendly for facility scheduling & reservation, work orders to include preventative maintenance, and utility tracking. The facility management software must include, but not limited to the following: 1. Maintenance management to include preventive maintenance, equipment tracking with QR codes, able to track historical data on equipment, and work orders, able to attach pictures to work orders, SSO, unlimited users, requesters, vendors and ongoing support. Able to add & configure user roles. Needs to include automated assignment of work orders, ability to assign work orders to multiple people, cost & labor tracking, a central calendar where orders can be moved easily from one date to another, ability to see each building floor plan and equipment and reporting for costs, operations and downtime. 2. Facility scheduling to include all buildings with the ability to add more. Self service booking, event approval controls, integrated calendar, detect scheduling conflicts, notify departments their services are required at an event, ability to block out dates or resources, set a scheduling deadline, configure each step to suit each building's needs, mobile friendly access. 3. Utility tracking to include entering utility bills and running reports to manage cost efficiency. Reporting to include reports required at SC energy office annually.
