Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Systemwide HR Business Units will conduct extensive surveys (defined further below) and a total remuneration study to further enhance employee well-being and increase retention and engagement. These initiatives will provide valuable data and insights to help identify gaps, opportunities, and targeted interventions. The project scope includes the following components: 1. Request for Proposal (RFP) for external supplier(s) specializing in survey and/or total remuneration study to provide the necessary expertise and services. 2. Develop and implement an engagement survey to assess employee morale and satisfaction levels, identify improvement areas by population or subgroups, and track progress and evaluate ROI of interventions over time. 3. Develop and implement an employee exit survey to gather feedback from departing employees, understand reasons for attrition, and identify systems as well as individual level barriers and opportunities to enhance retention and increase engagement and commitment to the institution. 4. Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits survey to evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs offered by the Health & Welfare unit, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to align with employee needs before and after retirement and market factors. 5. Conduct a total remuneration study to assess the competitiveness of UC benefits and compensation packages and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
