Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. The Owner is remodeling the existing office space in the lower level of the Gull Road Justice Courthouse into a courtroom and offices. The project is required to be completed and functioning by or before December 1, 2024. ii. The contract will submit a construction schedule with the base bid for the project and must guarantee the completion schedule. iii. The contract should include all costs to coordinate with any other or owner contractors for the project as part of the base bid that the owner may contract with as part of the project as listed in the plans and specifications. iv. The contractor must include all costs for dumpsters and haul away material as needed and daily cleanup of all materials as part of the base bid. Materials must be stored with in the project area or provide other means of on site storage as there is little to no on site storage available. Materials cannot be stored in public areas or staff areas being used within the building.
