Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Saint Paul is requesting proposals from individuals who are interested in and experienced with facilitating engagement and consultation with Native American Tribal leaders and organizations for the purpose of providing input, knowledge and feedback as work resumes for the final design of the Mississippi River Learning Center (Mississippi RLC). The selected consultant will work closely with identified and participating Tribal leaders, Tribal Historic Preservation Officers (THPOs), and Native American organizations to convey the indigenous perspectives, contextual wisdom, and feedback to the City of Saint Paul, Mississippi River Learning Center partners, and the selected Design Team. Engagement work will revisit previous engagement and design work from the concept plan and provide input as design work resumes and move towards construction readiness.
